Commitment To The Community

Our offices are located in the Tioga Florist Building, a historical building in the Merced community.

Since its inception, the Law Offices of Eric S. Beiswanger has demonstrated the upmost commitment to serving the local Merced and central valley community. Whether providing professional legal services pro bono or contingent to individuals and businesses without adequate means but in need of crucial advice, or providing leadership and advice to selected nonprofit and community based organizations that serve the underprivileged members of our community, or through participation in community events and charitable resources, the Law Offices of Eric S. Beiswanger continues to value our obligation to give back to those less fortunate members of our community.

Although our office focuses primarily in areas of civil litigation and business law, we strive to provide pro bono and contingent services in areas of the law that are high in demand for low-income clients including: landlord/tenant, family law, debt collection defense-harassment, bankruptcy, and criminal expungement/defense.

The Law Offices of Eric S. Beiswanger is at the forefront of the Merced legal community in providing pro bono professional services and other assistance to the less privileged members of our community.  Most importantly, unlike many larger law firms and other attorneys', we devote energy and dedication to our pro bono representation.  We are fully aware that our past, current and future efforts on behalf of individuals, small businesses, and community based organizations has generated change that has improved the lives of others and because of that positive change, we will always strive to serve our community and the less fortunate.
